Watermelon Pizza

A refreshingly creative way to cool down and stay nourished on a hot summer day. This is a great recipe to do with kids. They will love getting “messy” in the kitchen and contribute to snack making.

This is my niece’s rendition of
watermelon pizza at family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon

  • Assorted favorite fruits

  • Plant-Based yogurt (I used key lime yogurt)

Directions

  • Slice watermelon into 1 inch slices. Then cut into fours.
  • Dollop yogurt onto each slice and spread out. This will hold your toppings in place.
  • Chop up fruit as desired and arrange onto watermelon slice.
  • Enjoy!
