Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale
- 3 Fresh Squeezed Limes
- 1 cup of Coconut Water
- ¼ cup of Ground Flax Seeds
- 2 Dates (optional, to add a bit of sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend on high (in high powered blender) for a minute or two.
- Pour over a glass of ice and there you go - your refreshing, healthy, power green, Tart Kale Limeade.
