Ingredients
  • 4 cups Kale
  • 3 Fresh Squeezed Limes
  • 1 cup of Coconut Water
  • ¼ cup of Ground Flax Seeds
  • 2 Dates (optional, to add a bit of sweetness)
Instructions
  1. Blend on high (in high powered blender) for a minute or two.
  2. Pour over a glass of ice and there you go - your refreshing, healthy, power green, Tart Kale Limeade.
